Virtual Design & Feasibility
Phase1: Visualize your new reality
In phase I, our team assesses your project for feasibility, provides inspiration ideas, creates concept designs and develops a 3D model of your concept that gets uploaded into our application allowing you and others to visualize & understand your project features. With a clear project understanding we can draw up cost studies to help you establish your goals.

Phase 2: Obtain your construction permit
Once you’ve seen a concept 3D visualization of your dream space, you’ll need to apply for permits before you start the construction phase. Our professional draftsmen use Computer-aided design (CAD) to build a design blueprint that includes floor plans, space planning, section addition, and elevations. This meticulous process also includes charting out the basic features of where the sockets, lights, doors, drainage system, and roofing will be positioned. We work with haste and precision to ensure that your official plans are compliant and up to spec for approval by the control authorities. Our team will then prepare and submit your building plans on your behalf, keeping you up to date and well-informed throughout the process.

Phase 3: Build your dream
